1. Please place your order at least 24 hours before your desired delivery time. Otherwise, we may be unable to accept the order.

2. Delivery time is not guaranteed; it will be scheduled based on availability.

3. Disposal bins will not be permitted to occupy all or any part of a sidewalk, pathway, or walkway or be placed in such a manner as to pose a danger to the travelling public. If the customer requests the disposal bins be unloaded on the roadside of the destination. It is the Customer's responsibility to apply for the Permit according to the regulations. If they fail to apply as required, the customer is responsible for any fines/costs/damages that may be occurred.

4. Permitted disposal bins must be placed in accordance with Book 7, Temporary Conditions of the Ontario Traffic Manual which may require the permit holder to erect advance warning signs, barricades and delineators as necessary to ensure the occupied area is properly isolated from the travelling public and that public travel is properly directed around the occupied area.

5. If the customer requires the bin to be placed at a different location (i.e. driveway or lawn), the customer shall be responsible for any potential damage that may occur. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. does not assume any liability in such cases.

6. When the bin is ready for delivery or pick up, the customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the bins. The area surrounding the bins must not be blocked by any objects. Failure to do so may result in an additional delivery fee for rescheduling the delivery or pick-up.

Terms of Use:

1. For Aggregate or CLEAN-FILL load, waste for Soil / Hardscape concrete and Interlock / Asphalt can be loaded with one type of waste ONLY. It cannot be mixed with other types of waste materials. (trees, grass, wires, furniture…etc.)

2. We do NOT take Household Waste / Red Bricks / Hazardous Waste / Batteries / Tires or any rubber-type waste for disposal.

3. The customer is responsible for the waste being disposed of. Please provide a clear description of the type of waste when placing the order. If the waste contains substances not mentioned during the order placement, MR BIN TRUCKING INC. reserves the right to refuse disposal, and the customer will be charged an additional fine/fee.

4. For safety and by LAW, the dumpster cannot be overloaded. If the waste exceeds the height of the dumpster, the excessive waste will be unloaded at the site. The customer is responsible for the cleanup and disposal of the excess waste.
