  1. A 10% surcharge applies to renters without equipment rental insurance; presenting a valid insurance order waives this fee

  2. All prices do not include HST.

  3. Delivery fee is based on the distance calculated from Mr. Bin's location at 3445 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, ON, to the destination.

  4. Customer is responsible for refueling; otherwise, a fuel cost of $3 per liter will be applied.

  5. Equipment usage allowed 8 hrs/ day, 56 hrs/ week, 224 hrs/ month; overtime cost will apply.
