  1. Please place your order at least 24 hours before your desired delivery time. Otherwise, we may be unable to accept the order.

  2. Delivery time is not guaranteed; it will be scheduled based on availability.

  3. All concrete is mixed on-site and billed to the nearest 0.5 cubic meter. Deliveries are made to the street curb unless otherwise arranged; if delivery extends beyond the curb, the CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY for any resulting damage and waives all claims

  4. DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may be affected by weather, strikes, equipment failure, government actions, or other uncontrollable events; the SUPPLIER IS NOT LIABLE for any resulting delays or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All mixes follow CSA STANDARDS (CSA A23.1 - A23.2) unless otherwise requested.

  5. The Supplier is NOT RESPONSIBLE for issues caused by improper handling, placing, curing, or unauthorized alterations.

  6. The Customer acknowledges that the Supplier holds NO LIABILITY for (i) the Product after sale, including its use, placement, finishing, or curing; (ii) any finished work incorporating the Product; or (iii) its suitability for any specific purpose.

  7. PAYMENT is due upon delivery or per agreed terms, and OWNERSHIP REMAINS WITH THE SUPPLIER until full payment is received; late payments may incur administration fees.

  8. CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE or may be subject to a fee; no changes or cancellations are allowed on the delivery date.

  9. DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, and any mix design or schedule changes must be confirmed in writing and may affect pricing.

  10. The CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE, including proper site preparation and the use of PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE), as concrete is an alkaline, abrasive material.
